The Peaceful Pilgrim is here to support the wellbeing of children through mindfulness, positive psychology, MBSR, MiCBT and
counselling therapy.

A supportive environment is provided where children learn to build an inner resilience to enable themselves to better respond to, and rebound from, life's inevitable challenges.
Children will learn to quiet their minds, calm their bodies and manage their emotions more skillfully enabling them to unlock their full potential and develop unconditional self worth.
